Located at the gateway to Phu My Hung, adjacent to Huong Tram Park (District 7 Central Park), Eco-Green Saigon is a Complex which includes commercial, service area, high-class hotel and apartments, located in the prime location on Nguyen Van Linh Avenue, intersection with Tan Thuan Tay, Tan Thuan Tay Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

Eco-Green Saigon is adjacent to the existing residential area in the East, adjacent to Nguyen Van Linh Street in the West, adjacent to Huong Tram Park in the South and Nguyen Van Linh Road and Tan Thuan 2 Road in the North. From Eco-Green Saigon, it is easy to move to the various central districts, it only takes about 5 to 7 minutes to move to District 1, District 4 and District 7. On December 29th, 2017, the Department of Architectural Planning has issued the document No. 6536/SQHKT-HTKT reporting to the City People’s Committee the proposal to assign Xuan Mai Sai Gon Construction Investment Joint Stock Company to establish QHCT 1/500 intersection with the capital of the company.
Eco-Green Saigon is also adjacent to Thu Thiem 4 bridge which will link the Nguyen Van Linh to Thu Thiem Urban Area. The bridge is known to be preparing for construction.
One beneficial point of Eco-Green Saigon is the monorail tram (Monorail 3), which will be located right on Nguyen Van Linh Avenue. According to the general plan of Ho Chi Minh City and District 7, the monorail line (Monorail 3) will be connected through Nguyen Van Linh (Binh Chanh, District 8, District 7) across Thu Thiem peninsula (District 2).
